I worked as a legal intern at the District Attorney's Office in Orange County, under the Special Prosecutions Unit. I worked with many different DDA's helping them on cases that varied greatly.

-Keep watch over multiple pools during the chaos of general swim and swim lessons for a range of different level swimmers-Monitor for potential dangers especially in regard to the multiple aquatic sports: swim, dive, water polo and synchronized swimming-Maintaining a clean pool and its surrounding area, as well and interacting with the needs of patrons

-Counseled children ranging from ages 7 to 16 as they navigate sleeping away from home for the first time and making new friends in a brand new environment-Lifeguarded the lakefront with sometimes up to 30 swimmers ranging in age and ability to swim, additionally guarding kids in sailboats, kayaks, paddle-boards and canoes-Coached kids in pottery, volleyball, tennis and basketball

-Managed children during the week in the age range of 2 to 6-Taught older children from the ages of 9 to 13 in a religious setting on Sundays-During covid, instructed via zoom to kids under the age of 10, leading both Sunday school and bible studies

-Introduced to my first real life experience in the field of law, working with a family law focus-Explored the use of legal jargon, filing with the courts, compile case files, write-ups and a great deal more on the clerical side of the job-Joined in on multiple court hearings via zoom, as well as helping with client needs
