In 2017 I co-founded Riggs Cooper Art Partners. We design and deliver art collections that serve as a uniquely human tool for corporate, real estate and hospitality entities to further their business strategies. Approach: We take a research-driven, storytelling-oriented approach to design that is informed by insights from change management plans/go-to-market strategies and is aligned with our client’s business objectives, brand and culture. We connect people to ideas and spaces through thoughtful engagement with the people on either end of art - the creators and the appreciators. Technology: I built and maintained a custom, fully-integrated artwork, resource and contact database cataloging over 9,000 available and sold artworks, eliminating operational redundancies and sharing knowledge across the firm. Growth: We carried out dozens of major engagements for US and international clients. I hired and on-boarded several full-time employees and cultivated hundreds of vendor and artist relationships, prioritizing collaborative partnerships with creative individuals, studios and companies capable of streamlining the firm’s internal operations and creating new sources of value for clients. I managed firm strategy and handled financial planning and operations including HR, real estate and marketing.

Boston Art is a full-service art consulting firm that specializes in planning, designing, framing and installing custom art programs for corporate, healthcare, hospitality and residential clients. During a period of significant growth for the company I identified areas for improvement within the organization and used data-driven analysis to present new initiatives to the President and then implemented important staffing, technology, business strategy and real estate changes. • Art Management – Negotiated artist contracts, researched industry trends, directed 3000+ piece gallery• Human Resources – Hired and onboarded 15 employees, directly managed administrative team, oversaw organizational structure and policy writing/implementation• Business Strategy – Upgraded and automated CRM, project management and quoting technology; oversaw logistics of two-site relocation; introduced and managed pipeline reviews and analysis• Project Management – Supported projects spanning Boston, New York, and Chicago, procurements of over $900k and 400+ pieces of art
