Business Intelligence Manager
CurrentI lead a team of 5 highly skilled analysts that help the CoverMyMeds Access Suite make better decisions through analytics and data.Our key responsibilities include:Consultation - working closely with the product, engineering, and UX/UI teams, we help guide the business on topics like database structures, experiment set-up, and analysis that is meaningful for its usersProduct Experimentation - A/B testing and pre/post analysis. Our team is involved end-to-end in experiments on product performance as well as new or updated featuresProduct Analysis, Reporting, and Case Studies - Ongoing efforts to be sure our internal stakeholders have what they need to make informed decisions, as well as support for case studies that show the value of our various products and featuresInnovation - We find ways to iterate through new product ideas and features via partnering with the user research team, gathering data, or using programs like Figma and Tableau to do MVP research
