As a Production Coordinator for 81Eighty, I was tasked with overseeing project management and ensuring timely completion. I collaborated with various departments across the organization to ensure successful project execution, including managing orders related to co-branded merchandise with the Dallas Cowboys. I played a key role in enhancing processes to improve order flow efficiency. Additionally, I was responsible for invoicing clients, confirming payment of purchase orders to vendors. As well performing tasks to support Account Managers and streamline order processing.

I was responsible for processing purchase orders (POs), sales orders (SOs), exchange orders, and order cancellations within Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. I also generated reports to assess the status of orders, determining whether they required invoicing or cancellation based on inventory availability.In addition to these duties, I created shipping and return labels for e-commerce customers and contacted customers regarding issues with faulty shipping addresses that delayed their orders. I also gained experience using Kount, a fraud protection platform.
