I supervise and manage three different outlets: Cafe, production (buffet) and fine dining. this ranges from ten people to 4 people that I am responsible for. I have streamlined the fine dining restaurant through standards, access to recipes and a renewed sense of teamwork and self respect. I currently work alongside team members from southeast Asia, south Asia, south America, Latin America, the Caribbean and domestic. I thrive in diversity and embrace it.

I oversaw several food outlets consisting of a deli, fine dining, Cafe and a production kitchen. I oversaw a team of ten team members. I redeveloped a buffet outlet with a new fresh foods concept. I brought my experience with international cuisines to this outlet. I was responsible for menu development and all product ordering. I also was responsible for all training and participated in employee counseling.

I supervised a crew of five team members from open to close six days a week. I was responsible for daily product ordering, employee training and deep cleaning. I also served as translator between Spanish-speaking employees and the owners.
