• Moot Court Advisor: design and management of external moot court program as an experiential training ground for law practice, with emphasis on teaching law students practical legal skills. - Program annually fielded 20-25 teams encompassing a variety of legal topics and skills areas (IP, international, environmental, constitutional law and others; appellate moots, arbitration, negotiation, drafting), enabling 60-70 law students to compete externally each year, arranging for every team to have a faculty or practitioner coach and a law student team manager. - Improved team performance by 50% imposing law practice standards and deadlines. - Promoted the program to on- and off-campus constituencies. - Managed annual program budget of approximately $100,000.• Host Administrator: for regional competitions hosted at Santa Clara Law, including ABA Negotiation & Client Counseling Competitions; IP LawMeets Transactional/Deal-Making Competition; and Stetson International Environmental Law Competition. Recruited attorney judges and law student volunteers; supervised all logistical aspects of events.• Legal Writing Professor: taught first-year, second-year, and advanced legal writing classes: introduced students to legal analysis, research, and expression by using practice-oriented approach to writing projects; provided extensive individual feedback on student writing & oral advocacy, and guidance in entering the career of law practice.• Program Director, Santa Clara Summer Program in Hong Kong: arranged for law courses taught by local faculty at University of Hong Kong, conducted ABA-compliant site visits; negotiated law student internship placements with a variety of legal offices; monitored student intern performance in each setting.
