Worked on an electrical team for a 2x1 combined cycle power plant for DTE Electric Company in East China Township, Michigan. My primary contribution was creating virtual cable connections in SPI software referring to vendor interconnect lists. More information about the plant itself can be found in the attached link.I also was part of a four person intern project where we had to create a one-of-a-kind electromagnetic interference calculator. The excel tool was used to test and support Kiewit's standard cable separation requirements per contract with a vendor.Defined various technical metrics for thousands of circuits contracted by GE and DTE Electric, keeping to an aggressive timetableIn collaboration with other interns, developed a custom electromagnetic interference calculator that is now fully integrated into their production toolbox
