I am a Network Engineer at Structured Communication Systems, a Managed Service Provider that hosts infrastructure and support services for various clients. I have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Washington State University, where I learned the fundamentals of hardware and software design, programming, and troubleshooting.In my current role, I perform both onsite and remote installations for Structured's clients, using my skills in help desk support, firewall administration, and Windows/Linux server administration. I also provide additional support for Structured's MFA, EDR, and VPN offerings, ensuring the security and reliability of the network infrastructure. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my knowledge of cybersecurity and network administration. I have obtained multiple certifications from Palo Alto Networks, Juniper Networks, and Fortinet, demonstrating my commitment and proficiency in the field. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, where I can contribute to the success of the projects and the satisfaction of the customers.
