I am always open to developing new professional relationships I hope this conveys what I do, what my areas of expertise are and most of all how we might be able to do business together, now or in the near future.I am a 29 year veteran licensed Realtor with an extensive background in Real Estate Portfolio Asset Management for HUD, REO Servicers and Non Profit Organizations. I also have a strong background in acquisition, rehab, marketing and resale for NP's where I educated homebuyers and worked with them through credit restoration in preparation for purchase. With the current lending environment, I have returned to credit restoration for the masses, with an emphasis on homeownership through a decade tested Rent-2-Own program that has been highly successful. I am an educator at heart, and am frequently asked to teach Realtors nationwide on how to create a unique marketing niche to improve their income streams as Realtors. It is great when it is win/win, but I live to give, and want nothing more than to see others reach their goals!My interests are few; family, friends, and compassionate ministries.As far as auctions go, for the past 20 years many of my clients have sold their inventory using the auction platform, whether it was an online auction or live auctions. I have sold thousands of homes using auctions, and love it for many reasons. Auctions are fast and transparent, there are no contingencies, the properties are sold on or by a specific date with a predetermined settlement date, in as-is condition, with the seller in complete control!
