• Develop, coordinate and facilitate a multitude of professional and personal development services for a diverse population including résumé writing, vocational and career counseling, interviewing skills, self marketing directives, online job searches, online applications, etc.• Provide individual résumé writing services including standard, chronological, functional and curriculum vitae for all levels including first job, recent graduate, educational, vocational, technical, in-house promotional, work place absenteeism, high end professional, etc.• Construct generic and profession specific cover letters, personal statements, recommendation letters, reference sheets, follow up letters, letters of resignation, etc. • Provide clients with individual job search and training techniques including online emailing, job and résumé posting, employment search services, online and hard copy application processes, etc.• Effectuate various career counseling services, self marketing tools and mock interviewing techniques and strategies • Conduct career facilitation instructional workshops on an individual basis and within a classroom setting

• Provide English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction to a diverse population of multilingual/multinational adult students of various levels, within a classroom setting• Instruct students in receptive and productive skills (reading, listening, writing, and speaking) and systems lessons including grammar, vocabulary and functional language • Effectuate program goals and identify individual learning abilities via student assessment and classroom observation• Create and implement lesson plans and individual/group learning activities, utilize focused outcomes and real life concepts, and emphasize educational achievement and professional opportunity and advancement• Conduct lesson reviews, respond to students’ questions, and assess students’ understanding of lessons• Modify teaching strategies according to students’ needs, while maintaining professional awareness of program objectives• Interface with interdisciplinary team members, program directors and administrators• Facilitate all recordkeeping directives to ensure compliance of grant regulations, generate student progress reports, attend mandated program meetings and comply with all confidentially guidelines• Effectuate strategic organizational and multitask abilities within this face-paced, educational environment and facilitate time emergent work assignments as deemed necessary• Display a proficient, versatile demeanor in a diverse body of circumstances, effectively contributing to the expedient resolve of client/company challenges
