Cary is the founder of Tussle which is a Women's fight gear company and CEO of B&B Method, a boxing/fitness education company that certifies trainers, creates formatted workout programs, specialty boxing equipment, including her patent pending B&B boxing glove.Cary has been featured in national publications such as in Shape, Fitness, STRONG, Entrepreneur, Inc., FHM, USA Today, and The New York Times. Cary has even graced the cover of Muscle & Fitness HERS. She opened her first boxing gym in 1998 and grew the company to 4 gym locations and even franchised the concept. This was long before boxing was hot in the fitness industry. While growing Prime Time Boxing she also created a boxing certification for boxing trainers.She has appeared on the popular NBC reality show, Fear Factor, contributed to and been featured on many national networks as a boxing expert on several short films. Recently Cary was a trainer on the Lifetime TV show Fit2Fat2Fit.In the boxing world, Cary boxed competitively in the amateurs and won the Pacific Northwest Women’s Tournament before hanging up her gloves. She is a Level IV Boxing Coach(Olympic Level) and has certified USA Boxing coaches as well. As a spokesperson/adviser for Everlast, Cary created a boxing class format for 24 Hour group fitness called Everlast ShadowBox. She was also recognized by The California Legislature along with Brandi Chastain and several other women in sports for her contribution and impact on girl’s in sports.
