In 2016 Caryn moved to New York City where she pursued a BFA in Commercial Dance and a minor in Arts and Entertainment management at Pace University while also working professionally on both coasts. During her time in school, Caryn continued training in all dance styles including the theatre style of Fosse under the direction of Scott Jovovich, as well as working with choreographers such as Rhonda Miller, Lauren Gaul, Mandy Moore, Jenn Hamilton, Dom Kelley, and Luam. Caryn has appeared in a nationwide commercial, been a part of projects with artists such as FKA Twigs, Cold Play, and John Oliver and performed at the Paleyfest Event on the Dolby Theatre Stage under Marguerite Derrick’s direction for a “Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” special performance. Over the past year she has worked as an executive assistant for Gang Managemet where she would act as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners. Her roles have included but not limited to create rollouts for releases, organizing marketing plans, creating and organizing shows, brand deals and partnerships with clients and external partners such as Triller, Streamlive and more.
