Facilitated discovery sessions with clients to identify a project's key objectives, target audience, and end user's goals, before diving into research interviews, personas or user types, sitemaps, flows, and user stories. Translated project requirements into an interactive prototype created in Axure, and facilitated usability tests on the interactive prototype with end users. Worked closely and collaboratively with both clients and internal developers, continuously presenting, gathering feedback, and iterating to finalize designs that met business requirements, user needs, and technical scope.Clients were diverse but with a focus on performing arts organizations and associations. As Outreach and Design Coordinator for the Lit and Art Magazine Paper Darts, Caryn Wille walks the line between strategizing and creating.
