Ever since I was a little kid I have had a passion for working with other people, learning about their inspirations, aspirations, and values. I remember walking into the Publix bakery as a kid for the first time, and leaving with new friends who worked there. Even then I would always visit them and stay in touch, always asking them about their family, their jobs, and their dreams. When I took my first management class, it was like magic, being able to learn how people respond to problem, how to help others succeed, limited only by my own imagination. My passion was unquenchable. This passion carried me through college where I learned more than I ever imagined I could. I studied leadership, compensational management, data analytics, finance, and management, all with the same love I held as a child. And here I began to understand how much more there is still to learn. I am a people person and a problem solver, who loves nothing more than a challenge and working alongside amazing people to overcome it. So many people look at challenges as a burden or an irritation, while I love to jump in and make a difference. I truly love to inspire others to rise to each challenge and to show them how they too can make a difference to their team. I find joy in meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
