As the Administrator of Student Recruitment at the VCU School of Social Work, I create the school's first strategic enrollment plan and managed all recruitment initiatives. As a clinical social work at the VCU Health System, I independently managed and monitored a 40 patient case load per day progressing from initial assessment to discharge from the hospital. As a clinical social work intern at VCU Health System, I provided mental health services and interventions for 110 patients in liver transplant, surgical, and geriatric units. I advocated for and presented patient cases at interdisciplinary team rounds to establish goals of care and care practice.

At the Goochland Free Clinic and Family Services I manage one-time projects. I helped the Free Clinic organize their first application for the NCQA's PCMH recognition, for which they received Level 2 recognition out of three levels.
