At A. Hammer Annex I had the opportunity to help design, construct, and network a vocal overdub/ voice-over/ADR/audio-video editing suite studio expansion from scratch. What an amazing opportunity to have so early on in my audio engineering career!I had the oportunity to help find creative solutions for constructing the studio, manufacturing acoustic treatment, installing finishing décor, and networking the new studio to the existing studio.I assisted in setting up the studio’s social media infrastructure and roll out marketing campaign as well.Having this opportunity to witness growth and expansion from concept to completion was very educational. I learned new ways to think outside of the box and gained more confidence in my abilities to execute new concepts in the future.

The growth opportunities in my role as Bar Operations Manager at The Regency and The Warfield were endless.Myself and my general manager were tasked with increasing sales revenue, increasing profit margins, improving client relationships, improving staff productivity and morale. It was a big challenge!Utilizing a combination of implementing new work systems, staff training, team building, and a complete focus on the task at hand, I was able to assist in increasing sales revenue by 20%.Streamlining inventory management and additional staff training lead to a decrease in product cost and an increase in profit margins.As a result of these successes our client Goldenvoice and our home office both expressed to us that they couldn’t have been happier with the results!
