I have been fortunate to be in key leadership roles throughout my career. My previous leadership role with Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Executive Partners in Martinez, GA brought years of hands on business experience and expertise. Some of my skills and accomplishments include executive management with a focus on tactical business restructuring and planning resulting in a 500% net profit growth as a result of commission restructuring, recruiting and cost reductions, operational leadership, management of the residential real estate markets in various capacities, and strategic development of internal and external client relations. I firmly believe in fostering a strong company culture resulting from a calculated hiring processes, managing a high level of company-wide commitments, team loyalty and collaboration. I encourage a culture of team work paralleled with consistent on-going hard work, which has carried over to my career with ReeceNichols. I am a Southern girl at heart, born in Dallas, TX and having lived in both Charlotte, NC and Augusta, GA. I grew up being very active and involved in several sports and now, put that to use as the mother of two growing boys and 3 fiesty daughters with my husband, Johnny.
