Provided Level 2 triage support for composite applications across Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris. Level 2 triage support consisted of maintaining the overall health of multiple applications (Ala Carte, Lilo, SBC-Sales and Booking Client, Accovia, Avail, Recommender, Dreams …), the development of monitoring tools and alerts for those systems, and proactive and reactive solutioning when it came to degradation in service performance. Participate in root cause analysis, review of heap and thread dumps, review application and hardware logs, recycle impacted JVM's, as well as configure and monitor system configurations in an effort to maintain proper service alignment across all servers. Develop and/or aid in the development of quality control standards across multiple environments.
