Quality Management | Operations Department -> Document quality assurance, control and monitor activities with internal reporting and audits-> Develop new standards for Company SOP, guidelines, processes and internal templates with improvements as needed for implementation across the department’s requirement.-> Monitor and observe constantly on any suspicious act, activity or movement record to identify unauthorized transactions leads to non compliance, fraudulent or other similar risks to company-> Data analysis and investigation on any findings, complaints and reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements -> Maintain system quality conformance by performing a project’s before/after UAT testing, report any malfunction of loop holes with identify the root cause and corrective action -> Compilation of employee performance monthly evaluation result and recommend training needs for Head of Department review

Quality Management | Operations Department -> Monitor & assure internal division team act according to internal guideline by tracking with Performance Checklist. -> Conduct monthly quality check on internal tracking, documenting, reporting, SLA, and quality service as per individual KPIs-> Biannual basis to visit nationwide branches with Head of Operations to conduct on-site audit to get details feedback or comment to be analyzed for improvement.-> Compilation of employee performance monthly evaluation result and recommend training needs for Head of Department review

Outbound Call | Operations Department -> Perform Outbound verification calls to customers with individual target to be achieved, -> Ad-hoc basis to assist Fraud Team on customer validation for suspected complaint cases, -> Assure quality of service as required by Team Leader with maintaining complains below finding and feedbacks for improvement and remain quality of service.
