Research Specialist for the TeamSTEPPS project.• Provides programmatic support for TeamSTEPPS projects and to plan and execute communication and research development activities. • Liaison to project partners regarding logistical, administrative, and communication functions on certain projects and will work on multiple projects simultaneously:• Draft and implement communication plans for all research projects. Identify external vendors and independently work to coordinate production and distribution of materials. • Respond to requests for information from third parties. • Coordinate meetings with the project team, sponsors, and project participants and take meeting notes. Make all arrangements for project workshops, technical assistance engagements, and learning collaborative meetings, including logistics and marketing to potential participants.• Provide project administrative support by updating and maintaining project files, preparing correspondence, and assisting with monitoring project timelines, subcontracts.

• Assist Follow-up Research Assistants with tracking participants enrolled in SMART-ED study who have skipped their 3, 6, and/or 12-month follow-up appointments• Participate in weekly follow-up calls with the SMART-ED lead node in New Mexico• Track weekly gift card transactions for the Project Manager• Assist Follow-up Research Assistants with preparing tracking folders for bi-monthly site monitoring and quality assurance visits• Assist staff by helping to maintain appropriate number of documents for study• Assist Project Manager with certified mailing gift cards and other documents to participants• Submit an updated Supply Inventory Form to the EMMES Corporation weekly• Conduct inventory at request of Project Manager
