Specialist on the Hearthstone Client QA team.Daily collaboration with Production leads and Developers to plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities for upcoming features. The Client QA team requires expertise in testing PC, Android, and iOS platforms across a multitude of devices. Using Kibana Telemetry data I'm also collecting stats for our internal playtests and providing insights to our design teams so they can provide the best experiences to our players. This year long program also has lecture components where Fellows would discuss their experiences at their placements and met with faculty to discuss social issues in the Bay Area. I am the only student to be selected twice for this program.Placed at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County which serves and advocates for individuals and families in need, especially those living in poverty.Work Experience:- Assisted in creation and execution of social media plan: increasing Facebook followers by 37%- Created appealing social media posts (visuals and copy)- Contacted schools and a PR company, scheduled shoot days, researched and curated interview questions, and conducted interviews for a promotional video for one of Catholic Charities afterschool programs
