Leading a group of about 15 employees in day to day operations as well as helping them grow. With a strong emphasis on employee satisfaction and retention, I am responsible for training and developing new and current staff members to create the strongest team possible. Being approachable and attentive, as well as practicing strong time management and organization skills, I am able to provide my employees with the best work environment. Also, being part of the management team in a corporate store of a growing franchise has allowed me the opportunity to scratch the surface of the operational side of a national franchise system. I have helped in the writing of various standard operational procedures, numerous policies, as well as the continuous editing of the operations manual used in the franchise. I have the ability to balance the skills needed to be a great leader and getting the job done. Majority of my time is spent delivering an excellent customer experience and communication, not just for external customer but for internal customers as well. I pride myself of my ability to connect with an extremely diverse group of people daily.
