With a Master of Science in Health Promotion and Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine, my background has primarily been in a physical fitness environment ranging from teaching small children basic soccer skills to assisting elderly cardiopulmonary patients in an outpatient exercise facility. I love guiding and encouraging people through their health and wellness journeys and beyond!
