The Digital Learning Manager serves as the leader of all efforts and initiatives within the Collaborative related to Online Learning, Blended Learning, Social Media for education, Instructional Technology, and technology integration, through the Center for Digital Learning. As a member of the Technology Department, she collaborates with Technology staff and other Collaborative departments, programs, members and partners on technology implementation.The Digital Learning Manager leads the team that supports all Collaborative departments on the use of technology to ensure consistent and high-quality learning experiences for children and adults. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a clearinghouse of vetted services, tools and effective practices related to Digital Learning.

• Consulted on instructional needs of faculty in delivering student-centered online course content and identified instructional technology strategies to enhance online classroom environments.• Designed instructional modules and activities, using the Moodle LMS, for the Effective Coaching for eLearners: Developing 21st Century Habits of Mind graduate course.• Facilitated synchronous webinars and advised faculty on strategies for developing series of webinars. • Developed materials and delivered face-to-face trainings to introduce online tools to students and staff.• Coordinated registration, monitoring, reporting and interventions with instructors, administrators, and parents for Virtual High School students in 4 school districts. • Initiated and implemented a vendor partnership program, leveraging savings for member districts and maximizing vendor visibility through targeted outreach and co-branded materials.

• Co-facilitated and maintained communication with the Technology and Curriculum Professional Learning Community, which was dedicated to addressing issues related to technology integration in public K-12 schools. • Coordinated meetings and managed logistics for board meetings and catering events including location, catering, attendee invitation and notification, agenda distribution, staffing, IT equipment, and supporting materials. • Interacted frequently with a diverse range of internal and external constituents and staff members. The Summer Talent Exploration Program—Unleashing Potential (STEP UP) is a week-long residential program for rising eighth-grade girls from Chicago, New York City, Springfield, and Browning, MT with the mission of supporting girls in their individual development and leadership training. • Recruited for position to evaluate program activities and goals. Recommended changes regarding programmatic, curricular, and student needs to be implemented in future programs. • Researched, coordinated and scheduled myriad activities to support and enhance the educational and developmental needs of students. • Supervised residential staff of undergraduate and graduate students, oversaw practicum placement, and provided on-site professional development. • Primary contact for parents, chaperones, and instructors before and during the program.• Supervised all aspects of student life on campus including recreational activities and maintenance of student records.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing lesson plans for junior and senior level English courses, assessing student learning, developing individual education plans, writing reports, communicating with parents, and providing individualized instruction.

Work closely with Programs and teachers to create and implement community based learning curriculum around hunger, food security, and sustainable food systems for K-12. Coordinate and support community and student led initiatives to raise awareness, food and funds for The Food Bank. Responsible for donor cultivation and four county point of sale campaign. Extensive experience with the Raiser's Edge fundraising database.

Responsible for all administrative tasks including Human Resources and compliance. Special event planning and management. Instruction and administration of Aloha point-of-sale system.
