In my role, I spearheaded and led a newly-created team (~40) to oversee the transition support of three new affiliation models for LPL and also stood up and transitioned a fourth team. I shaped the team's makeup and objectives to deliver customized, white glove transition planning and management, client movement and training resulting in the creation of positive client experiences and a measurable reduction in advisor onboarding time.Incubated, curated and implemented new processes and technologies that benefited the entire Business Transitions team, resulting in faster execution of transition activities, higher AUM capture, and increased advisor survey scores. Furthermore, I implemented a groundbreaking technology for uploading client data files to our back-office system, resulting in a significant reduction in both manual labor time and margin for errors, and a 20% decrease in time for advisors to open accounts.I demonstrated financial acumen and exceptional leadership abilities while leading the Northeast Business Transitions Team, resulting in a $1.8B asset contribution and a 76% increase in assets under management. I utilized drive, determination, existing best practices, and efficiencies to consistently lead the team in both expected assets and Net Promotor Score (NPS).I also oversaw the Merger and Acquisition Transition Team for three highly visible acquisitions, including one worth $65B, resulting in exceeding the desired recruiting and expected asset goals for all projects.I demonstrated excellent project management abilities by sponsoring a major transition transformation project. I drove multiple workstreams, oversaw vendors, and managed budgets, resulting in meeting all deliverable deadlines while staying within the required budget. Also, I employed superior communication and dynamic presentation skills while delivering transition training at conferences with a large number of attendees during a large acquisition.
