Preparation of PPMs, partnership agreements, and debt and equity documents for ground up industrial development projects. Responsible for all financial aspects of the company and its principal. Maryland Proton Treatment Center & Emory Proton Therapy Center: Consultant to a development project for a $320 million public-private project financing with Emory University and Citi that was oversubscribed by 3x. Served as Interim Director of Finance for MPTC and directed the preparation of all financial statements and communicated results to the Board of Directors and senior lenders.

APT developed $250+ million cutting edge cancer treatment centers throughout the U.S. Projects were financed by various capital groups including family offices, institutional debt, and private equity offerings. Worked with clinical operators to open the centers and negotiate healthcare reimbursement contracts. Owner of the financial model and budgets for all projects: forecasting of patient volume and staffing.Represented a project in a voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy, attended all hearings, and worked with U.S. trustee on liquidation plan. Gained working knowledge of liens and security instruments via the bankruptcy process and related litigation. Helped with subsequent SEC investigation.
