-Set up new properties in accounting system & transition project to asset & property management
Zing Advisors acted as full-time Chief Financial Officer to a ground-up industrial real estate developer from 2017 to 2020.
Zing Advisors was a consultant to a development project for a $320 million public-private project financing with Emory University and Citi that was oversubscribed by 3x. Zing Advisors also served as Interim Director of Finance for Maryland Proton Treatment Center.
