Habitat Post and Beam designs and manufactures post and beam homes, additions and commercial buildings that are sent to the building site to be assembled and finished by local contractors. As a designer at Habitat my role is to interact with our sales team and customers to evaluate new designs and give practical advice and vision to all of our projects. We provide documentation of planning and design concepts that are in line with a customer’s expectations and budget. Because of our close interaction with customers and some pretty neat 3D tools, we can stay involved with a project from start to finish. Even though we don't construct the home, we are very invested in the final product and make sure every customer is completely satisfied with it's outcome!
