I've worked on the sales floor to constantly and consistently assist any customers, as well as restock all merchandise needed. During my time working with Boone County Hospital for my senior capstone, I served as the Account Planner in which I created new concepts and approaches that promoted Boone County Hospital, as well as created ways to reposition the perception of Boone County Hospital for their 100 year celebration. I worked to fostered communication between Boone County Hospital and my team to ensure maximum results as well as strategically researched in depth information about Boone County Hospital and its competitors. I managed surveys, in depth interviews, and focus groups for a deeper consumer understanding, I overall worked to discover new ways to enhance the client’s product and their sales.

As a Homecoming liaison for Delta Gamma, I assisted with the creative execution of our house decks for our presentation to the University.

As a Hospitality and Travel intern at Fusion, I was able to attended creative briefings, creative team meetings and client calls as well as assist in the overall of execution of national brand campaigns including Bud Light, Anheuser Busch, Rollins President's Club and Fortnite. I worked on a team of 10 interns to create an integrated campaign and experiential activation to relaunch an EJ Gallo wine brand. Within our project, I was tasked with taking part in secondary research for the wine market as well as the hospitality logistics for the campaign. Lastly we presented our final campaign to the client.

As the Alumni, Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator, I operated all of our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and managed and maintained our website weekly. I maintained alumni relations through regular consistent communication through social media as well as in person. I wrote and designed monthly newsletters to all our camper families as well as designed and promoted all media for upcoming events on all social platforms and across the community and campus.

As the Swim Lesson Coordinator for Crestwood Aquatic Center, I assisted all children, ages 18 months to 16 years, in learning the basics of swimming, to perfecting their overall skills. I handled all parent relations and assigned all lesson instructors as well as oversaw the entire swim lesson program. I led training sessions as well as offered guidance to all lesson instructors. I watched multiple young children at once and led group lessons with up to 8 children.

As a Sales Associate, I was solely in charge of maintaining the front desk as well as checking out all customers and consistently selling merchandise. I was solely in charge of maintaining and managing all tanning sessions as well as the upkeep for all laundry for the hair, nail, and tanning stations. I completed all cleaning duties for the whole salon each shift as well as made appointments for all hair, nail and massage clients.
