I oversee every department and make sure each team member has everything they need to do their job to the highest level possible. I advise and help create new ideas on how we can serve our clients with the care and respect they deserve. I appreciate the work being done here and the growth and development within each person who makes this company what it is.

I over saw all the day to day field operation. Leading my teams to providing quality work and service for our clientele in our territory. Organized scheduling for all teams and made sure our client knew our process of operations to better serve them in the completion of our assigned tasks. I made sure to look for raw talent and help them develop their personal skills within our industry.

I took on the task of making sure our staff were fully equipped to performing their job well in the field. I provided quality communication between our teams and our clients. I took the time to make sure each of our team member were confident in the job and how to do it safely.

I was responsible for making the various components provided to me and creating a fully safe and operating elevator for people who are in need, so they could enjoy the fullness of their personal home.

I performed many up front tasks. Engaging with clients to create and suggest sign options, logo designs, and help the client with overall experience through the process. I performed production tasks and completing finish products, along with various installation applications.
