Leading team of project managers that support complex, multi-dimensional change initiatives varying from merger activities which include gap analysis, process design, technology, procedure/policy updates, change deployment and strategies.

Led mid-sized project management team within Operations Change Initiatives department. As a leaderof this group offered guidance by using my personal project management experience to ensure projectsmaintained their speed and timelines were met. Provided assistance with prioritizing work items,strategic planning, determining next steps and ensuring the applicable business, Compliance, Legal andRisk partners were engaged when required.

Delivered strategic change and strategy across the Mortgage Originations and Production Operations areas. Projects varied in complexity and normally included initiation of the project plan, development of the project timeline, evaluation of technology and process impacts, assessment of risk, legal and compliance requirements. Proposed process design recommendations, determined resolution to project objective obstacles and coordinated the deployment of initiatives. In addition to management of the project, partnered closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives and supported the creation of the training material for full deployment.

Primary reports (12 directs) were responsible for handling highly litigated files and ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and procedures. With my leadership and oversight of the team's activities, the unit was ranked #1 in quality across the enterprise. Completed quality and daily file audits to monitor individual performance and provided coaching.
