With a BS in Information Assurance and Management from Colorado Technical University, I have started my carrier in the IT industry with Douglas County as a Support Specialist and have grown into the position of Cyber Security Analyst and Desktop Engineer. Cyber Security and Senior Administration is the future focus that I have been striving for and the direction that I see myself moving towards as I grow and learn in the industry. During the course of going to school, an internship with the US Veterans Affairs Department was held for over two years and added a slew of hands on training to better understand and become familiar with customer service in Desktop and Desk Side support for a large number of users in a local network infrastructure. While the time spent in the Marines taught self discipline, management, and leadership characteristics, the school helped to narrow down the field in which to utilize these traits in an IT based industry. Personal hobbies include building and troubleshooting computers of various kinds from the ground up. Previous knowledge in Electronics Engineering comes in useful for said troubleshooting down to the circuit level.
Listed skills include Networking, Network Security, Troubleshooting, Computer Security, and 22 others.
