Lead Financial Analyst
Current• Provide analytical support on new subscription metrics such as retention and renewal rates, churn and expansion including identification of and investigation into key drivers.• Support enablement of SaaS reporting and forecasting across HMH.• Participate and collaborate in developing enhancements to provide process improvements via dashboards and automated reporting (working with the BI team).• Input into the delivery of key exec leadership deliverables such as monthly CFO deck, QBR, quarterly board decks and earnings call support. • Understand complex data structures and be able to transform data into necessary outputs.• Develop, maintain and leverage relationships with internal partners to achieve key objectives.• Support ad-hoc analysis requests in an efficient manner.
