I coordinated episode production for 40+ podcasters, both launching podcasts from scratch and jumping into production for pre-existing shows. I delegated production tasks to our A/V, show note and design teams to create a seamless and hands-off experience for our clients. All podcasters had to do was record their episodes, and we did the rest, from editing to show note writing to promotion.

Movement Counseling + Wellness specializes in movement-based mental health. I created content for the practice's Instagram and Facebook pages and kept the website up-to-date. I also created a long-term digital marketing strategy and conceptualized target audiences.Beginning in late August 2020, I also began working as a tutor and organizational coach for various clients at the practice. This position included helping clients with their school work, developing their accountability and organizational skills, and ACT/SAT preparatory work.

Middlebury Foods is a Vermont-based, non-for-profit that works to provide local, affordable food to the surrounding community. I worked to source and purchase the products we offered to our customers each month. My primary responsibilities included maintaining and creating relationships with local producers as well as coordinating with our finance, operations, communications, and community outreach teams to plan monthly deliveries.

I worked on FareHarbor's Account Management and Content teams. On the AM team, I identified poor-performing accounts still using old site templates to prioritize getting on new sites. I also conducted research on ecommerce rates and voice search rankings in the travel and activities industry. On the Content side, I produced, edited, and published content for websites utilizing FareHarbor's booking software.

At Literary Safari, I conducted research on the psychological impact of school shootings for both shooters and victims. Then, my team and I conceptualized a collaboratively designed, comic-based serial Instagram project through which to convey our findings (handle: @williambutlerms). I helped to design and produce daily posts for the “official” Instagram account of a fictional middle school that experienced a school shooting in order to raise awareness about the devastating realities of mass casualty events.

Resolved customers’ merchandise problems over the phone and through email. Maintained frequent contact with the warehouse to address shipping and return issues.
