Technical Services Director
CurrentDirect and manage all aspects of the field service business segment, reporting to the National Sales, Service and Marketing Director. Responsible for creating and executing overall field service business plan, that involves working with and coordinating efforts amongst all departments (sales, customer service, technical applications, engineering, R&D, finance, marketing and HR) to meet business objectives/goals/KPIsBuilt and fostered relationships with key corporate contactsProvide leadership, support and direction for 10 field service team members located throughout the US Key team member involved in the sales strategy, implementation and management of e-services Recruit and hire new field service team membersDeveloped onboarding and training program for new field service team membersHelped create a marketing plan and program, aimed at showcasing our field service capabilities and introducing new technology and product offerings
