I start this position on July 8th. I'll be working with the IT team and maintaining network devices throughout the township.

I was promoted in July of 2021 to CAD/RMS Specialist(Systems Admin). My role is to facilitate the deployment of a new CAD for Montgomery County. My primary duties are to facilitate access for vendors, and ensure 100% uptime of the RMS system. I utilize my skills in deploying and maintaining critical IT infrastructure, including VMware, Microsoft 365, Linux, and other equipment. Primary duties include patch, hardware and network management, enforcement of security standards, and software package maintenance. Additionally, I provide high-level support across various technologies for Law Enforcement. I also serve as a tier three escalation point for our help desk team and IT operations specialists.

In May 2020, I was promoted to provide specialized technical support for Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and affiliated law enforcement agencies, functioning as a Level 3 helpdesk support. My role involved managing Active Directory accounts, coordinating after-hours troubleshooting with law enforcement users, maintaining a hybrid Azure/ AD environment, and managing Infoblox DHCP. Ensured hardware and software operated without interruption. Skilled in servicing rugged laptops from various manufacturers and maintaining strong focus on customer service.

I was hired to operate and maintain the Northstar Traffic Center in Montgomery County. I performed duties including operating and maintaining SolarWinds network monitoring and configuring clustered server environments with Hypervisor and VMware. Additionally, my duties extended to maintaining Precinct 3's websites using WordPress, PHP, and SQL, alongside the installation and troubleshooting of a wide range of technology including computers, printers, servers, A/V equipment, and proprietary devices. My efforts supported the construction and maintenance of traffic signals and other traffic control devices, programming NEMA TS2 and ITS traffic controllers to IMSA specifications. I worked with fiber optics spanning over 100 locations, including running, splicing, and troubleshooting, which was critical in managing a network of 1500+ devices. This role not only honed my technical skills but also underscored the importance of reliable infrastructure in public safety and traffic efficiency for the public.
