Providing problem solving support for a number of different business units, including Sales, Logistics, Human Resources, Finance and Quality. Kaizen workshops, structured A3 problem solving and tried and true industrial engineering principles as my primary tools.Outside of the Kaizen events specific projects included work study analysis for Customer Service teams, analysis of staffing needs through use of queuing theory, inbound logistics study, supply chain reliability analyses, and regular 5S application in the office.
