• Create and maintain customer and aircraft enrollment report for engine supplier Williams International and initiate payment for cost of operations program.• Audit customers parts consumption to ensure compliance of contractual requirements• Communicate with customers, their obligations in regards to their participation in the ProAdvantage programs• Resolve customer disputes that arise• Audit department personnel’s order entry and claim processing in regards to the ProAdvantage programs
