Responsible for all operations of our 6,000 sq/ft spa, including; the daily organization and management of (35) team members, guests, schedule, inventory, and management software. Responsible for all hiring, onboarding and training team members on all of their job responsibilities, and ensuring that the performance of their duties is held to the proper standards. Responsible for conforming to and enabling the Woodhouse standards established in the Team Member Handbook and Operations Manual, with the ultimate objective of exceeding guest expectations on a daily basis. Responsible for launching regional community outreach effort, beginning with focus in the Birmingham area. Maintain a "luxury" culture among staff and our guests using excellent customer service skills and outgoing personality. Responsible for day to day management of the sales team. Use people management, multi tasking and sales skills to ensure daily sales goals are met and exceeded.

Responsible for overseeing all studio functionalities at the three Birmingham area studios. In addition, maintaining focus on driving sales of memberships while building and maintaining client relationships. Since 2009, have raised nearly $1 million to be used in support of important UAB Department of Neurology Parkinson disease research. Successfully developed and implemented five fundraising events each year with organization.Spearheaded development and implementation of plans for securing major and deferred gifts from donors through estate planning and other structures/vehicles.Responsible for all daily operations of organization.Oversee and coordinate all aspects of budgeting and financial management.Identify, assess and inform board of directors of internal and external issues related to and/or affecting organization.In addition to chair of the board, serve as spokesperson for organization.
