Responsible for all operations of our 6,000 sq/ft spa, including; the daily organization and management of (35) team members, guests, schedule, inventory, and management software. Responsible for all hiring, onboarding and training team members on all of their job responsibilities, and ensuring that the performance of their duties is held to the proper standards. Responsible for conforming to and enabling the Woodhouse standards established in the Team Member Handbook and Operations Manual, with the ultimate objective of exceeding guest expectations on a daily basis.
