- Keep all new and past data consistent for five separate business under WJM- Must create marketing materials in a timely matter- Create forms and documents for customers and keep them up to date- Up keep our company wiki (where we keep all of our information)- Communicate effectively with every employee in each business

- Greet customers upon arrival at the restaurant - Provide excellent customer service during their dining experience - Provide suggestions for food or drink choices to diners- Take feedback from diners and communicate that effectively to the shift lead or owner- Clean tables and preparing spaces for future customers- Carry drinks and food from the kitchen or bar area to the tables - Memorize the food menu and drinks list or specials that we have that day - Take care of closing shift requirements - Up sell food and drink items on the menu

- Greet every guest with a smile and utmost respect with professionalism- Introduce the services the hotel has to offer and be able to answer any question a guest might have about the property and the surrounding communities- Expected to welcome the guest, assign the rooms, and register them in- Expected to answer the phone, take, record, and relay any messages accurately and completely while making reservations- Be able to discuss room rates, specials packages, and promotions with any individual that asks- Cooked breakfast for guest in the mornings while attending the front desk- Many days would consist of laundry and cleaning rooms as well

- Responsible for locating and selecting lumber grade and length in accordance with the specifications and pick lists- Position material in the specified staging area such as in feed decks and storage racks- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the yard and work area on a daily basis- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality- Observe safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly- Balance team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views
