• Manage 5 – 8 commercial construction crews on a daily basis for all roads and bridges in Houston.• In charge of procuring all materials for the upcoming contracts.• Schedule all jobs with TxDot and negotiate pricing that fits our needs.• Interview and Terminate employees that are needed to fulfill crews to maximize profit.• Input daily values into company software to keep up with hourly wages and profit margins.• Report updates weekly to Project Superintendent on status of all jobs and/or issues. • Review and Interpret construction blue prints to insure the proper work is conducted.

• Manage 3 – 7 reconstruction homes at a time.• Report daily progress and upload to management system.• Schedule sub-contractors to accomplish completion dates on time.• Manage budget and materials to stay within job cost.• Update homeowners to keep customer satisfaction.• Manage invoicing for all sub-contractors within each job.• Visit job sites daily to maintain quality standards.

• Supervise 6 - 8 crews for different scopes of waterproofing contracts.• Implement daily safety and management processes in line with SWC standards.• Manage and monitor relationships between SWC and contractors.• Conduct cost, material, and efficiency studies to assess production efficiency• Keep equipment such as company boom lifts, scissor lifts, hot pour machines, compressors, and trucks/trailers, maintained and operating optimally.• Oversee quality control testing of product samples to identify problems and determine corrective actions.
