Service Account Manager
CurrentResponsible for leading and directing members of the Service Center team throughout the life cycle of assigned projects. The SAM functions as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the client and has the primary responsibility for overall project success and client satisfaction. The SAM works closely with the work with the Service Center Management and other project stakeholders during the planning and kickoff phase, and then has the responsibility to execute the plan and monitor/control team performance to ensure that all work is completed within budget, scope and schedule criteria provide critical support to Clients and our Business Partners, and it is expected he\she will have day-to-day telephone contact with Telaid Business Partners, Direct Technicians, and with various internal departments.
