Managed a territory of Home Depot accounts in southwestern Wisconsin. I was responsible for developing new and maintaining existing relationships with their management and sales associates. My primary role consisted of retail operations within the Home Depot such as inventory management, product placement, associate training, and assisting customers by providing product & color advice.In addition to retail operations, I served an outside sales role where I was responsible for creating and supporting relationships with professional contractors, property managers, and hotels. I regularly conducted job-site visits to qualify customer needs and offer product recommendation, estimation, and application advice. Maintained multiple product lines for brands such as Masterlock, Rayovac, Clorox, and Ryobi power tools. I served as a point of contact for store personnel providing associate training, product placement, display maintenance and demonstration.
