Took on a new role to CalTech dedicated to sales and half to marketing. My responsibilities include prospecting clients through outbound calls and email sequences to introduce CalTech products and services with the goal to schedule sales appointments. Key contacts would be identified based on qualifications to generate leads using CalTechs' target customer profile strategy. After making an appointment with a potential prospect, I participate in all introductory calls with Business Development Executives.Worked below Marketing Manager to assist with daily tasks, projects, and campaigns. Assisted with CalTech event and tradeshow strategy that included identifying key events in each BDEs' territory. For event management, I would be tasked with membership registrations and internal pre and post-event meetings for attendees. Before each event, I would outreach to businesses/contacts also attending the event to drive awareness and traffic to CalTechs' booth or presentations. My daily tasks would also, include working with vendors to plan events, order company/client appeal, vet new vendors, produce content/campaigns for our social media accounts, and produce internal and partner newsletters monthly. At CalTech, we used the CRM of HubSpot which we would use to nurture and generate leads through sales and marketing efforts.
