Current• Lead client Command Property Officer (CPO)/Property Governance Council (PGC) segment delivery and manage a small team in change management, asset management, and financial reporting efforts• Design, facilitate, and present semi-monthly instructor-led classroom and virtual trainings for client property managers on PGC policy and logistics implementation, inventory requirements and procedures, and the Navy ERP Asset Management Module; trained over 700 employees to date. Design corresponding Navy ERP Asset Management Module Training videos & Desk Guides• Review, develop, and implement DoD, DoN, and client property policies for Property Governance/Accountability, Operating Materials and Supplies (OM&S), General Equipment (GE), and Internal Use Software (IUS)• Develop and manage a brand-new SharePoint site for client to house all property management information, policies, templates, forms, and trainings• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows• Facilitate command-level communication to increase awareness of policies and requirements• Coordinate asset listing and financial reporting data calls and reconciliations for client property by General Ledger Account (GLA). Improved data integrity by over $1B by implementing a new reporting procedure and worked with OPNAV to develop a new data call template to further improve the process and data integrity• Assist the Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness/Remediation (FIAR) team with Corrective Action Plan (CAP) implementation for GE valuation and existence and completeness (E&C) as part of audit remediation efforts• Maintain the established trusted advisory level relationship with client• Manage larger team’s Client Data Protection (CDP) compliance, conduct at least monthly CDP walkthroughs, and implement additional CDP safeguards• Provide Quality Assurance (QA) reviews on all client contract deliverables• Create and execute project plans and support project/team budgeting and forecasting
