Currently consulting for the DoD industry providing cyber security engineering support including processing system accreditations through Risk Management Framework (RMF).

* Programmed the first IT Solutions website for our facility giving customers resources such as our internal knowledge base, forums and an online option to submit a help request ticket. * Design and build user interfaces for the shop floor control system to allow the system to do more work for the user for customer ease of use. * Implemented and maintain the shop floor barcode label system allowing users to print labels from their desktops resulting in a 15% reduction in production time to complete circuit boards.

* Administrated the internal eRoom file storage application and created new environments and groups allowing customers to share documents across the company. * Initiated and designed the preventive maintenance program for manufacturing machine maintenance generating tickets automatically when machine maintenance was required.

* Seemlessly backed up the reproduction branch of the productions department mounting printed signs and posters for tradeshows and aided in the production of large government proposals. * Designed and distributed brochures and other media for the IT department featuring listings of FAQ's and application tutorials for users.
