She joined Harbert in 2016, relocating from Savannah, Georgia, to Birmingham, Alabama. With over 18 years of real estate experience, she specializes in retail and mixed-use investments and leasing solutions.Casey's extensive career has given her a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate through various roles in property management, operations, marketing, development, and brokerage. She has collaborated and executed projects with hotel developers, multi-family development and investment firms, property management companies, and retail groups nationwide. Her experience in managing multi-million dollar commercial real estate portfolios across diverse asset classes has equipped her with deep insights into optimizing investment properties for maximum efficiency and returns. This expertise allows her and her team to strategically approach leasing and investment sales, providing exceptional value to their clients.Casey has received numerous prestigious awards, including the National Commercial Property Executives’ 2019 CRE Star to Watch, the Birmingham Business Journal’s Women to Watch and Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate in 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2024, and has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for the past eight years.
