(HRS) was founded in May of 1983 as Harbert Properties Corporation, the domestic real estate subsidiary of Harbert Management Corporation, one of the region’s largest investment firms. Harbert Realty’s origin was to serve the real estate holdings of our parent company, but we have evolved and grown into serving others.
