• Management of National Sales Development team across AU & NZ.• Management of consortia accounts in partnership the Scenic Group across all brands, including marketing and sales strategy • Account management of trade & key industry partners.• Management of the Scenic Specialist Agency program (Top agents across Australia & New Zealand) – contracts, communications, sales and marketing strategy and support • Identify and develop new growth and business segments, key accounts, groups and other new demand funnels and opportunities. • Manage strategy and implementation of trade incentives programs. • Strategize and implement trade marketing initiatives and campaigns.• Management of Scenic Group global agent famil/educational calendar.• Management of National events, information sessions, travel expos and conferences. • Sales reporting and analysis for Scenic Group.• Coordination of preferred supplier agreements and contracts. • Management of National sales budget and expenditure. • Management of National brochure distribution. • Management of trade commission structures.• Administration of Salesforce platform usage.• Coordination of training and development of Sales Development team. • Lead, motivate and support National Sales Development team on the road in delivering excellence.

Provide Reservations and Sales support to the ANZ Sales Development Managers by handling a high volume of inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced environment, in addition to developing sales opportunities, managing reservations complaints and maintaining and improving quality results in the Customer Service Centre.

Responsible for leading the North American Customer Service Centre, enabling the team to deliver exceptional service to external stakeholders - both Travel Agents & Consumers, across Canada and United States.
