- Directed the simultaneous cradle to grave planning, organizing and execution of $353M worth of construction on two coasts (Camp Lejeune, NC and Camp Pendleton, CA) as the end user’s representative to include RFPs, designs, specifications and construction. - All $353M worth of projects completed on/ahead of time and on/under budget. Directed phased construction/transitioned move to all 44 structures. Samples of projects include: o Headquarters building $51.6M 151,488 sqft o Academic facility $6.9M 23,400 sqft o Dormitories $61.91M (total) 59,064 sqft (each, x3) o Medical clinic $3.48M 8,590 sqft o Fitness center $6.38M 19,733 sqft o Aquatics center $8.1M 12,500 sqft o Vehicle & equipment maintenance facility $7.81M 26,000 sqft- Spearheaded master planning in developing and registering requirements for follow-on projects valued at over $400M.
